"We need a dream, hopes and a purpose to move on"

NELESS – is a German electronic music project originating in Wuppertal.
It is driven under the intuitive control of a visionary man with a long career path.

The music of NELESS is best described as a blend of synth-pop and early house, with the modern gothic aftertaste, which can be not only gig, but also dance-floor driven.

Their first EP called Surrealismo raises such problematic topics as self-doubt, loneliness, social distancing and fighting depression.

“I’m really trying to create in your head an impression, that you’ve heard this sounds somewhere before. I want my music to be a part of your life so it definitely should sound familiar.”
– says Nels, the leader of the project.
Projects behind the scene:
2012 - 2014 - Decades, Guitarist;
2014- 2016 - 400LUX - Black Dress EP (EDM, Festival Trap, released);
2016-2018 - Les Nuances (Trip-Hop, private release)
2018 - 2020 - OMUT / La Charlette + Session Musician
2016 - Present - NELESS, Surrealismo EP (releasing soon)

The musical path of Nels (the driving force behind the project) has started in early 2008 with a classical guitar, borrowed from neighbours.

Later on, tired of imitating the life of the typical 80's glam-Rock guitarist lifestyle, he shifted towards electronic music, explaining the absence of time spent on searching for team members and subsequent organisation of the process.

Surrealismo EP
13 Questions

You got nothing more than your lies.
I got many questions and you got no time.
You should just get out of my sight.

Verse 1
Today I’ll look into your face
to say that I’m tired to understand
why this world is falling apart,
falling apart.

The girl with the dark brown hair.
She didn’t want to listen to me.
She always told me that this world
is a perfect place to be.

And now the sun goes up and down.
Still can’t believe whose side you took
to let me drown
inside my sorrow. All these words
you thrown around
were just some fake.
What are you looking for so far?
(So far)

Verse 2
And our little secrets slink away.
All my life I’ve been searching for something
to ease the pain.

Tell me that we can do it another way
Tell me that you have a plan for me.
But still I’m not sure where I fit.
